What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium drinks and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during high season (May–September). For business events and personal celebrations, scheduling 4–6 weeks beforehand ensures more availability and time for personalization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our utmost priority. In case our captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe, we will suggest rescheduling your reservation to an available date or return your payment in full. We closely monitor weather patterns and will inform you a day prior to your trip if the forecast seems unsuitable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, bringing your own food and non-alcoholic drinks is permitted. In addition, we provide exceptional catering services and can tailor menus according to your preferences. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers cannot be brought on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We endeavor to be inclusive for all our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet are more accessible than others. For detailed information regarding your specific access requirements, please get in touch with us when making your reservation, so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and arrange the necessary facilities.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund is issued for cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure. If cancellation occurs between 24 to 72 hours, a 50% refund is processed. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for refunds, unless due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical faults on our end.
